isolation

Should the army or government be able to isolate a town with a disease that can wipe out the human race. My answer is yes. My answer is yes because if the disease gets out were all done for. The thing the army should do is test every person and see if they have the disease. If the people have the disease they should be isolated with a group of doctors (who are trying to find the cure). The people who are not infected with the disease should be forced to leave the infected area. I know it will be hard but thats what the army should do instead of just bombing the whole town.
